Users -shall mean any Director, Principal/ Management, Staff and Students of any educational intuition whomsoever concerned, who are registered with our service www.college24by7.com “Authorities”- this means the Government of India, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the relevant state government or other statutory bodies and local authorities, tribunal.

      License agreement - means the certificate provided to us by marketing services dept to register educational institutions to operate all the services executed in agreement between our company and institution management.

      Service is available to the Management, staff and students in a college which has registered for the service with the company. provision of the service shall at all times be subject to force majeure condition including but not limited to Fires, Floods, Earthquakes, Strikes, War, civil disobedience, Riots, Atmospherical, Hydrographical, Topographical disturbances, obstruction and any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the company, each force majeure event. The company may temporarily suspend whole or part of the service at its discretion if the service requires modification, fails, and maintenances or in case required to comply with any regulatory order, judgements or directive issued by the authority. These terms and conditions shall become effective upon the company, accepting the Registration Form of the College at its sole discretion, after due verification process and shall continue to remain in force until terminated.

      Subscribing to our services provides all rights to college24by7 to post the Images, Content, Details and all other information related to the education and career which is part of our service to the institutions .We claim no responsibility in acquiring permission rights to post any material on behalf of management, as it’s our policy to promote our users only. Signing to our services provides us full rights to post all such info (directly or indirectly relating to education and career), as part of service. The company bares no responsibility whatsoever illegal/unauthorized/faulty service comes over, other than the service list provided in company website. Privacy of communication is subject to regulations of the authorities and government, the terms of the license agreement of the company and other statutory and regulatory factors. The company reserves the right to seek/verify particulars provided by management to the company, in any manner without any notice or intimation.

      Service, quality, functionality, availability, and or reliability may be affected and/or the company is entitled to without any liability, refuse, limit, suspend, vary, or interrupt the service, in whole or in part, at any time in its sole discretion with respect to any and all institutions due to various factors that include are: Changes in the laws, rules, regulations and orders, directions, notifications, etc.,Force majeure events Any discrepancies or wrong particulars provided by the management of an educational institution Any misuse of the services by the students, staff, and management. Any misuse of profile in terms of updating the profile with adultery, weird pictures, or in text will be deleted or blocked temporarily or permanently with prior information to the management.
